The Annual Sports Day of B.C.M. Arya International School was celebrated on the school premises with great enthusiasm, excitement, and a true spirit of sportsmanship. On this occasion, students from Pre-Nursery to Class VIII participated with immense zeal, discipline, and confidence.
The programme commenced with a March past by the students, followed by the hoisting of the school flag and the oath-taking ceremony. Thereafter, a variety of thrilling track and field events were organised, including 100-metre and 200-metre races, relay races, long jump, high jump, three-legged race, sack race, and several other fun-filled games.
The students showcased remarkable speed, balance, endurance, and team spirit. The mass physical exercises, synchronised drills, and vibrant performances presented by the students became a major attraction for the audience and reflected their hard work and dedication.
The Principal, Dr. Jasneev Seth, lauded the students for their energetic participation and highlighted the importance of sports in building discipline, teamwork, and a healthy body and mind and congratulated the winners.
The programme concluded with the prize distribution ceremony, during which winners of various competitions were honoured with medals and certificates. The Annual Sports Day infused the students with renewed enthusiasm, confidence, and a strong sense of sportsmanship.
